Runyu (Cathy) Zhang

Runyu (Cathy) Zhang is a Postdoctoral Fellow for Engineering Excellence in LIDS and CEE at MIT. She completed her PhD (2019–2025) at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Harvard University, and earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Peking University. Her research interests lie in reinforcement learning, control, game theory, and optimization, with a focus on multi-agent systems — directly supporting SCHEMA’s work on scalable, compositional multi-agent coordination.
